HOW TO ORDER

 

Simply select the items you would like to order from our online shop. Proceed to checkout, sign in or create an account, fill in our order form & process payment. Our staff will then send you an email confirming your order.  

 

Please note we require 2 business days' notice for all online orders (orders close at 3pm). If you require any last-minute orders, changes or special requests, please contact our team on 5241 1629 and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.

A 20% surcharge for same day orders may apply depending on your order.


Alternatively, you can place an order over the phone by contacting our team on 5241 1629. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm .

 

 

OUR KITCHEN

 

Our chefs prepare all of our delicious catering in our large commercial kitchen which is located in Geelong.

 

 

PRESENTATION

 

Our catering is conveniently presented in eco boxes (brown kraft paper box with a clear lid) along with cocktail napkins - Ready to serve to your guests. 

Our eco boxes are biodegradable and compostable for minimal environment impact.

Please note that knives, forks & plates are not included. If you require these items, please add them to your order from our extras page.  

 

 

PICK UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

We deliver to your door between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. For deliveries or pickups that are required outside of these hours please contact us on 5241 1629.

 

Orders can be either picked up from our head office in Grovedale or we can deliver it to you. We offer free delivery within Geelong for all online orders over $100. Additional fees may apply to deliver to other locations outside Geelong. 

 

Cold food orders may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to your confirmed delivery time.

Catering orders cannot be left unattended. If no one is there to receive the delivery, the catering will be returned to our head office in Grovedale.

  

 

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

 

THE RK GROUP cater for vegetarian, gluten free/coeliac, dairy free & vegan requirements. Please select which items you would like to order from our dietaries page.

 

Please note that every effort is taken when preparing meals to avoid cross-contamination, however we produce our food in a centralised kitchen, therefore we cannot guarantee that the meal has no traces of nuts, shellfish and other allergens. We highly recommend that people with severe allergies do not consume any of THE RK GROUP's catering.

 

 

FOOD HANDLING NOTE

 

Our aim is to maintain exceptional standards and attention to detail when producing our food. In order to maintain this standard and ensure our catering is fresh and suitable for consumption, we ask that you follow the below instructions:

- Please store catering below 4 degrees

- Please consume food within the hour of being removed from refrigerator

- Please consume within 24 hours

- Please do not reuse catering once it is served

 

 

HEATING FOOD

 

Items marked with a * are best served hot. We deliver them cold in foil tray ready for you to heat and serve. Please refer to heating instructions included with delivery.

 

 

STAFF

 

Our online catering options are available for self-serve catering only (without wait staff). If you require staff and equipment, please contact us on 5241 1629 so that we can provide you with our catering packages for staffed events.

 

 

MINIMUM SPEND & SURCHARGES

 

The following minimum spends apply:

Weekdays - $100

Saturdays - $500

Sundays - $1,000 Please note that a 20% surcharge applies for catering on a Sunday. Online ordering is not available for Sundays.

Public Holidays - $1,000 Please note that a 20% surcharge applies for catering on a Public Holiday. Online ordering is not available for Public Holidays.

PRICING & PAYMENT

 

THE RK GROUP reserves the right to alter or adapt items, ingredients and menus at any time. Prices may be subject to a reasonable change with notice due to seasonal or supplier shortages. All prices include GST.

Full payment is required upon placing your order. We except Visa & Master Card. A 1.5% surcharge applies.  

 

 

LAST MINUTE ORDERS & CHANGES

CANCELLATION TERMS

 

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, the following cancellation terms apply:

7 days or more notice, we will provide a full refund

2 – 6 days notice, a 20% cancellation fee will apply

48 hours or less, a 100% cancellation fee will apply
